Research in Education and Socialization

Our interdisciplinary team works in the fields of empirical education and socialization research, conducting research and teaching. We analyze learners' educational and developmental processes to derive recommendations for educational practice, administration and policy. We focus our research on topics that are relevant to society, such as educational inequalities, inclusion, and the development of the education system. By integrating research and teaching closely, and by engaging in national and international collaborations, we create a dynamic learning environment for students and promote the professional development of young researchers.
